About Jessebelle
Jessebelle is the arranged-fiancée James ran away from to join Team Rocket. She shares an uncanny resemblance to Jessie and is just as domineering — using her Vileplume's Sleep Powder to try to capture James and drag him back to his family estate. Her obsession with turning James into a 'proper gentleman' makes her one of the most persistent antagonists in his personal life.
