Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the Site or its underlying networks.
• Scrape, mirror, or reproduce the Site at scale without our prior written permission.
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any person or entity.
• Upload or submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or otherwise objectionable content.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikapedia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Third-party content

The Site may display content provided by third parties, including game data from PokéAPI. Pikapedia is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content.

Pikasino, virtual currency & entertainment features

The Site includes free-to-play entertainment features — including the Pikasino (themed slot machines and roulette), the catch mini-game, the Pika-Market, trading, and related mechanics. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These features are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not gambling, are not a licensed gaming product, and offer no opportunity to win real money, real-world prizes, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value.
• Pikacoins, Tokens, Free Tokens, Charms, cards, Pokémon, Fakémon, and any other in-site items or currencies are virtual, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for money, and any trades, listings, or transfers occur only within the Site's features.
• Any purchases of Pikacoins or digital goods are payments for access to entertainment features. They are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Free Tokens, daily bonuses, promotional coins, and giveaways are promotional grants only and cannot be exchanged back into Pikacoins, cash, or any external currency.
• All odds, payouts, jackpots, drop rates, shiny/gold/holo rates, catch rates, and bonus mechanics are determined by us and may be changed, rebalanced, disabled, or removed at any time without notice. Outcomes are determined by pseudo-random logic and past results do not predict future results.
• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to register an account and to make purchases. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of these features is lawful where you live. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikapedia, its operators, contributors, and affiliates disclaim all liability arising from your use of the Pikasino, Pika-Market, trading, catch game, or any in-site currency or feature — including any perceived or actual loss of virtual items, currencies, listings, or account progress. If you feel you may be developing an unhealthy relationship with games of chance, even simulated ones, please stop using these features and seek support from a qualified organisation in your region.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
