Faithful remake — same gym order as DP
Roark → Gardenia → Maylene → Wake → Fantina → Byron → Candice → Volkner.
- Levels and movesets are nearly identical to DP. Same counters apply.
- Cynthia at the end has the same OP Garchomp (Lv. 62) — Ice Beam still rules.

Grand Underground
Expanded version of the DS Underground — Pokémon Hideaways have rare species not in Sinnoh's regular dex.
- Find Hideaways (caves with grass) — encounter Riolu, Goomy, Larvitar, etc. depending on which Statues you've placed in your base.
- Statues: place them in your secret base to alter Hideaway encounters by type. Stack same-type for higher rarity.

Battle Tower
Post-game battle facility — single + double battles for BP.
- Singles → Double → Master Class. 7 wins for Bronze, 21 for Silver, 49 for Gold.
- BP buys ability capsules, mints (change nature), Power items (EV training).
Pro tips
- Affection (Pokémon Amie–style) is automatic — gives crit boosts and survival chance.
- Underground stones boost different Pokémon types.
- Trade with Legends: Arceus to fill the dex faster.
Post-game
- Catch Dialga (Diamond) / Palkia (Pearl) → Giratina in Turnback Cave.
- Ramanas Park — use slates to summon legendary Pokémon from past games.
- Battle Tower for BP.
