Walkthrough
- 01
Same gym order as Ruby/Sapphire
Roxanne → Brawly → Wattson → Flannery → Norman → Winona → Tate & Liza → Juan.
- Most leaders gain a 4th Pokémon — Wattson now has Magneton, Flannery a Camerupt, etc.
- Juan replaces Wallace in Sootopolis. His Kingdra (Lv. 46) is the bulkiest Water in the game; Dragon/Ice Beam.
- 02
Both Kyogre AND Groudon
Lv. 38–45You face both legendaries during the climax — and catch Rayquaza on Sky Pillar to stop them.
- After Mossdeep, both teams summon their legendaries. Wallace tells you to climb Sky Pillar (north of Pacifidlog).
- Sky Pillar: cracked floor tiles — walk slowly (no Mach Bike on first ascent). Top: Rayquaza event, no catch yet.
- Catch Rayquaza later (post-game) at Lv. 70 — Master Ball recommended, or Timer Ball after 30+ turns.
- Kyogre is in Marine Cave, Groudon in Terra Cave (post-game roaming locations).

Trick House
On Route 110 — solve puzzles each time you earn a new badge for free items.
- Puzzle 1 (Stone Badge): scroll-reading maze. Talk to scrolls in order: 1, 2, 3, 4 then exit.
- Puzzle 2 (Knuckle Badge): break rocks with Rock Smash to find the path.
- Each puzzle awards a Hard Stone, Smoke Ball, or unique item — worth doing for collectors.
