Walkthrough

  1. 01

    Same trial order, expanded

More Totem Pokémon, Necrozma's full storyline, and the Ultra Recon Squad.

    • Totems are slightly stronger; Mimikyu Totem hits even harder. Bring Steel coverage (Magnemite/Klefki).
    • New optional trials add Totem Ribombee (Mina) and a Captain rematch system.
  2. 02

    Ultra Wormholes

Post-game lets you ride Solgaleo/Lunala through wormholes to catch every legendary in series history.

    • Steering: hold/release jets to dodge Wormhole hazards. Longer rides = rarer wormhole color = rarer legendary.
    • Light blue/green = common Pokémon; red/yellow = legendaries (Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, etc.).
  3. 03

    Rainbow Rocket Episode

Post-game: bosses from every previous evil team unite. Major nostalgia trip.

    • Starts in Aether Paradise after E4. Beat Maxie, Archie, Cyrus, Lysandre, Ghetsis, then Giovanni.
    • Each fight uses their iconic team — Mega evolutions and gen-specific items included.

Pro tips

  • Photo Club replaces some Festival Plaza features — pose with Pokémon.
  • Mantine Surf mini-game between islands — earn BP.
  • More Z-Moves and signature Ultra forms (Necrozma, Lycanroc Dusk, Ultra Beasts).

Post-game

  • Rainbow Rocket arc — fight Giovanni's All-Star Villain Squad.
  • Catch every Legendary across all generations via Ultra Wormhole.
  • Battle Agency + Battle Tree.
