Battle Roxanne for the Stone Badge — Water, Grass, and Fighting moves all dent her Nosepass.

Chase the Devon Goods thief south to Route 116 and into Rusturf Tunnel.

Receive the PokéNav from Mr. Stone after returning the goods.
